This data set contains information on housing values, housing value growth, and indicators with which to compare.

The data for this set stems from the City of Plano Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (2014 & 2013) in addition to data points from the usinflationcalculator.com.

Samples are collected daily at locations throughout the distribution system by city personnel. Samples are taken to a lab to be analyzed for Total Coliform and E. Coli indicators. All positive samples since 2011 are provided in this dataset.
