The Animal Services Department is committed to partner with Plano’s citizens, veterinarians, and animal welfare organizations to promote responsible pet ownership and to provide outstanding animal health and welfare and human health protection services. In furthering its mission, the Animal Services Department offers several services including: Pet Adoption Information, Pet Registration, Pet Lost & Found, Pet Redemption, Referral Services, Donate to the Shelter, Volunteer, and Training & Classes.
In order to ensure the aforementioned services are proficiently provided, we ask that citizens fill-out customer feedback surveys. Using these surveys, the Animal Services Department can tailor and modify its services and operations to better fit the needs of its citizens.
